Over the years the Chinese have further developed that ancient system into an artform. 200gms of unbroken Whole leaves crafted without any cell rupture, capturing in all the goodness, compressed into a disc of 200gms.
The liquor – very delicate and smooth with a hint of sweetness which lingers.
Brewing Recommendation : From the disc, break off approximately 1.50gm of leaf/serving. Top up with water at 80/90 Deg C. Steep for 3 minutes
