A uniquely crafted tea.  Delicate internodes converted into a green teas which is  roasted over slow heat.  Long brown strands producing a reddish liquor with a nutty flavour



Delicate internodes from between the terminal bud and the first leaf converted into a Green Tea which is then roasted over slow heat, producing a visually striking long stalky tea.  A mildly reddish liquor with a distinctively nutty flavour. 

Brewing recommendation: Water at first boil – 100OC.  2.0 gm/serving
